Watercolor/Gouache on 8x10 Papyrus

This was fun to do. The texture/surfacce takes some getting used too. I wanted to do something different and given that Apocalypse is the oldest Mutant and from Egypt I thought of using Papyrus.

I have a darker papyrus that is bigger that I might try a full figure on. Will probably paint him as Eh Sabah Nur in his old egytian clothes before he became Apocalypse.
